The commercial success of cellular networks, combined with advances in digital electronics, signal processing, and computer and telecommunications research have lead to deliver the same level of Information technology service to a Mobile Devices "anywhere at anytime". So new demand called Mobile business introduced world wide. The system enables the presentation of Web content and considers the problem of small screen display of mobile computing devices. Also independent-device access to web content is considered. The focus has mainly been on the adaptation of HTML web page content to make it viewable on mobile devices, constraint that no server-side content adjustments are assumed. The adaptation is done by using the re-authoring syntactic elision and syntactic transformation techniques started by parsing the HTML web page and converting it to tree structure.

Revision with unchanged content. Today, digital libraries comprise a wide range of systems and services from classic libraries and electronic encyclopaedias to computer-supported collaborative work environments, image databases, and documentation systems. Recently, novel forms of digital libraries were developed and introduced to a wide audience on the World Wide Web: wikis, weblogs, social networks, file sharing services, etc. These types of libraries have unconventional and sometimes chaotic approaches to authoring and organising content. Although they manage to attract millions of users, many of their characteristics are not well understood, and some of their implications might not even have been discovered yet. In this book, three particular aspects of digital libraries are investigated. First, electronic encyclopaedias as a popular application area of libraries are addressed. Then, the use of metadata is discussed and finally, collaborative features in libraries and functionality known from knowledge management systems are highlighted.

Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning, or WebDAV, is a set of extensions to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) that allows computer-users to edit and manage files collaboratively on remote World Wide Web servers. RFC 4918 defines the extensions. The group of developers responsible for these extensions was also known by the same name and was a working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The WebDAV protocol allows interactivity, making the Web a readable and writable medium, in line with Tim Berners-Lee's original vision. It allows users to create, change and move documents on a remote server (typically a web server or "web share"). This has obvious uses when authoring the documents that a web server serves, but it can also be used for storing files on the web, so that the files can be accessed from anywhere. The most important features of the WebDAV protocol include:

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The Web Ontology Language (OWL) is a family of knowledge representation languages for authoring ontologies, and is endorsed by the World Wide Web Consortium. This family of languages is based on two (largely, but not entirely, compatible) semantics: OWL DL and OWL Lite semantics are based on Description Logic, which have attractive and well-understood computational properties, while OWL Full uses a semantic model intended to provide compatibility with RDF Schema. OWL ontologies are most commonly serialized using RDF/XML syntax. OWL is considered one of the fundamental technologies underpinning the Semantic Web, and has attracted both academic and commercial interest.
